Every project starts with a labour cost forecast. As workers log their actual hours day by day, the system automatically updates the actual cost and calculates the deviation from what was forecast.

The system allows work with either monthly and annual percentages on the pending forecast, or with actual hours already logged, adapting to whatever stage the project is at.
